Piano Tuning Experience
The craftsmanship of older vintage pianos is greatly admired. I like to keep these piano's preserved, and will work with the piano owner on any level of repairs it may need that is within their budget.
If you own a $120,000 Concert Grand Piano and want it maintained at its peak performance, or if you own an old plinker down in the basement, I still maintain the same fascination of their invention and always strive to bring any piano to its full capacity.
May I introduce myself? My name is Carl DeBellis, sole proprietor of a complete piano tuning and repair business. I received my professional training from the Sims School of Piano Technology in, 1973.
A few years later I attended a advanced course in action regulation at the Steinway factory, in Long Island, New York, under the instruction of Joseph P. Bisceglie, a great man remembered.
I went to work for Colton Piano Co., the supermart of pianos, in southern California from 1974 to 1980 and continued working on contract with them up until I moved to Oregon in 1992. The years I worked at Colton Piano I received priceless knowledge and experience in the versatility of pianos manufactured in the past 120 years.
I took meticulous care the 7ft Bosendorfer in the living room and the 7ft Yamaha C7 Conservatory in the theatre of the Rancho Mirage home of, Frank Sinatrafor 13 years. I also cared for the Bosendorfer pianos in the homes of the famous song writer James Van Huesen, and the comedian
Bob Hope as well.
I moved to Oregon in 1992 to the present, and in addition to my business I do contract warranty work and new piano prep for Piano Studio's and showcasein Medford, the largest piano retailer in southern Oregon.
